The Sky from Rancho San Antonio Park


Haze to the West

We are facing West, bright evening, but lots of high haze in the atmosphere. The dark hills are in deep contrast to the hazy, bright sky.

Venus, Moon - Past Dusk

Image or picture Venus and the moon from Rancho San Antonio.

We are now well past sunset. Looking West again there is Venus (left) and a crescent Moon (right). The Atmosphere still has a high haze in the early evening winter sky.
